Returns Policy

We want every Pink Frog purchase to feel like a good decision, so we offer convenient options if you need to exchange or return a product.

Returns: We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product so if there are issues and a return is necessary, we will gladly accept a return if it is made within 30 days from date of purchase and is in new and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For the fastest, most responsive handling of your return please email us at: info@pinkfrogpetproducts.com.  A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be provided and must accompany the return to ensure a correct and timely refund.

Exchanges: We love to make customers happy. We recognize, however, there may be times where there may be unforeseen issues with your product. We will gladly accept exchanges if it is made within 30 days from date of purchase and is in new and unused condition. Exchanged products will be sent to you free of charge. Please email us at: info@pinkfrogpetproducts.com for exchange instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please note, it is unlikely, but returns and refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

Defectives: We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If something seems amiss, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email us at: info@pinkfrogpetproducts.com for free return shipping and exchange. Pink Frog will take careful steps to determine how we can remedy and replace or refund the product at no cost to you. A thorough description of the defect and an image may be required on your behalf. For bedding and blanket returns, please contact customer service at 289-337-8129 or email us at: info@pinkfrogpetproducts.com to receive a Return Authorization number. No unauthorized bedding or blanket returns will be accepted.

Please note that all returned and exchanged items must come back in resalable condition and with original tags and packaging.
